Pay Per Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by logging into your account through the member portal here or emailing us at women4womenjax@gmail.com.

The Pay Per Event Registration does not qualify you as a Member of Women4Women Jax. If you have to cancel your registration, we offer you a credit to your account, but do not offer refunds. You may use this credit towards the following month’s event. This is a single event credit and will not be extended beyond the next month’s event.

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your registration. To ensure a smooth and fair cancellation and rescheduling process, we have established the following Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

How to reschedule or cancel: If you need to cancel your upcoming event registration, please let us know as soon as possible by logging into your account and cancelling the registration or by emailing us at women4womenjax@gmail.com.

To use your single month credit, register for the next month’s event and select the First Event registration option. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us at women4womenjax@gmail.com, we are happy to assist you.

By registering for an event with us, you agree to abide by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. 


Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Membership:

To cancel your 6-Month or 12-Month Membership with Women4Women and receive a 100% refund, you must provide us with a written email notice within 14-days of the Membership activation or renewal.

  • No refund will be offered if you attend an event after activation or renewal.
  • All sales are final after the 14-days of activation or renewal.

Refunds: Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.


Merchandise Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancelling Orders:

Orders for Women4Women Merchandise may be cancelled prior to shipping or pickup. All sales are final once shipment sent, or order picked up by Customer.

Orders may be canceled as follows:

  • Shipping: Orders that will be shipped to the Customer may be canceled any time before the shipping process has started.
  • Event Pick Up: Orders that will be picked up by the Customer at an upcoming event can be cancelled anytime before the agreed upon event.

Refunds: Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.

Return Policy: If you have purchased Women4Women Swag or Merchandise and are not satisfied, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to satisfy your request through an exchange.
