Stephanie Vavilala is a licensed mental health counselor, sex therapist specialist, and the founder of SexALLogy. With deep compassion and bold authenticity, she helps women reconnect with their feminine spark and embrace the power that comes from living in alignment with their truest selves.

In this talk, Stephanie will guide us through what it means to reclaim our feminine energy — not just in our relationships, but in how we lead, love, create, and experience joy. Through stories and insight, she’ll explore how embracing pleasure, sensuality, and vulnerability can be key to living fully — in work, connection, and self-expression.

6:30 - 7:15 pm:  The Power of Pause with Lauren Pumphrey

Whether you're sitting at a desk all day, balancing nonstop tasks, or simply craving a moment to reset — this session is for you. We'll explore how mindful movement, even in small doses, can boost focus, reduce stress, and bring you back into alignment throughout your day.

Led by certified yoga instructor Lauren Pumphrey, this 20-minute chair yoga practice is accessible for all levels and designed to release tension built up from hours of sitting. You'll learn practical stretches and breathing techniques that you can use anytime — at work, at home, or between meetings — to increase circulation, improve posture, and create a sense of grounded calm.

No mat, no sweat — just intentional movement to help you reconnect with your body and reset your mind.
