1. What is my Goal / Vision? I want to run a marathon in 2025
2. Why is this important to me? Because I want to improve my fitness.
3. Why do I want to improve my fitness? Because I want to feel healthier and more energetic.
4. Why do I want to feel more energetic and healthier? So I can be the healthiest mom possible and ensure that I can play with my future grandchildren.
5. Why is spending time with them important to me? Because I want to be present and involved in activities that they enjoy. Which mostly are sports and physical activities.
